THE COMPANY
The Company was established in 1992 with the main objective of trading in packaging machinery. Through a process of vertical and horizontal integration the Company is now also in the food manufacturing, coding and marking machinery trading.
The tremendous business opportunity created by the implementation of the Asean Common Effective Preferential Tariff and Asean Industrial Cooperation Scheme has prompted the company to set its eyes on the greater Asean region. An office each was set up in Jakarta, Indonesia and Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam to tap this business opportunity.

THE COMPANY MISSION
The Company's mission is to assist in the development of the mechanized packing industry and food processing industry of Malaysia by introducing and bringing in suitable methods, technology and machinery.

THE CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY
The Company believes that service; both before-and after-sales, is the determinant of success or failure in this kind of business. Repeat orders will only come from satisfied customers and satisfied customers can only come with recommending the correct methods and machinery before-sale and minimum machine downtime after-sale.

THE CORPORATE STRATEGY
In line with the corporate philosophy, the strategy is formulated with the objective of creating satisfied customers.

BEFORE-SALES
Customers' needs are first identified and studied. Suitable methods, material and machinery are recommended with the main objective of minimizing cost and maximizing profit.

AFTER-SALES
The main objective of the after-sale service is to minimize machine downtime. This is done through scheduled preventive services and fast deployment of servicemen for repair services. Customers have the option of signing a maintenance contract with us for schedule preventive services. Preventive services can prevent extensive damages to the machine, which could have started with some minor malfunctions.

COMPANY PERFORMANCE (1992 - 2006)
The corporate philosophy and strategy paid off. The total sales of the company increased from less than RM100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in financial year 1992 to some RM10,000,000.00 (Ten Million) in financial year 2006. We have sold to many well known local names of the industry and also to well know overseas customer in Pakistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Mauritius, South Africa, Vietnam, Thailand; not to mention the smaller presence in Sri Lanka, Singapore and China.
