Our company was incorporated in Malaysia on 14 August 2024 as a private limited company under the name of ASM Automation Group Sdn. Bhd.  On 12 September 2024, we converted into a public limited company and adopted our present name.  ASM AUTOMATION GROUP BERHAD is an investment holding company. Through our subsidiary, Arrow Systems Sdn. Bhd., we are principally involved in the provision of automation machinery solutions and complementary solutions, primarily for the Food and Beverage manufacturing industry.

We provide automation machinery solutions involving the design, development, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of  machinery for our customers.  Our automation machinery solutions comprise Front of Line (FOL) processing solutions and End of Line (EOL) packaging solutions.

Our Front of Line (FOL) processing solutions are primarily used in the commercial manufacturing of processed F&B products, including snacks, confectionery and cereals. Our End of Line (EOL) packaging solutions are used in the commercial packaging of F&B products such as snacks, confectionery, cereals, instant coffee and flour, as well as other products including currency notes and poultry.
