Arrow Systems Celebrates Deepavali with Unity, Diversity and Corporate Purpose
As part of our continuous effort to build an inclusive and people-centred workplace, Arrow Systems Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASM Automation Group Berhad, recently held its Annual Deepavali Dinner to celebrate the Festival of Lights with our Indian colleagues and management team from every department.
This meaningful event reflects one of the most important aspects of our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitments — the “Social” pillar, which focuses on diversity, employee well-being, and inclusive growth.
