Job Descriptions:

  • Excellent in planning & able make cold call on target customer to establish meeting appointments with the objectives to the potential clients.
  • Ability to plan & confidence deliver presentation to effectively convey product detailed, features, advantages and benefits to potential clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions according to clients ‘s business requirement & needs
  • Consistently monitoring project progress, address customer concern and providing project updates.
  • Willing to travel outstation and / or oversea if necessary to support customer’s application and needs
  • Be responsive, always prepared and willing to stand by for the occurrences of urgent case requirements for urgent requirement case.
  • To handle other ad hoc task assigned by company / management.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent in presentation skill and public speaking
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel locally/oversea to support client’s application and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player and able to collaborate with a wide variety of people and a very diverse set of teams and groups.
  • Minimum 1 year experience or more in Sales / Marketing field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications. (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) and other relevant computer software usage.
  • Being a good team player and can work both independently
  • Possess both strong writing skill and verbal communication skill.

(Based in Butterworth, Penang)

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and monitor company uniforms, stationery, and daily attendance/thumbprint reports for submission to HQ.
  • Maintain and update staff leave records and forms.
  • Assist the Sales Team with customer sponsorship matters and liaise with the Finance Department for follow-up.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisition Forms (PRF) for air tickets and coordinate submission to HQ.
  • Organise and prepare necessary travel documents for overseas customer visits.
  • Handle monthly hard disk data backup to ensure record safety and compliance.
  • Assist in compiling monthly staff claims and issuing sales proposals for the Sales Department.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.

(Based in Butterworth, Penang)

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and control overall stock movement, ensuring proper inventory accuracy and traceability.
  • Prepare and issue spare parts for technicians according to service and project requirements.
  • Record and update stock in/out transactions promptly into the system.
  • Prepare and organise necessary documents for submission to HQ and ensure all records are properly filed.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in using QNE Inventory/Accounting System is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

(Based in Butterworth, Penang)

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitor compliance with performance standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Report regularly on project progress and performance to management.
  • Interact with clients to understand and interpret their technical needs and requirements.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to both clients and internal teams.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare and update detailed project schedules and timelines.
  • Develop preliminary machine designs or solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Track customer change requests and participate in client meetings as required.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and documentation at project meetings.
  • Track and monitor tasks against the approved project timing plan.
  • Apply relevant technical skills and engineering knowledge to support customers and colleagues effectively.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.

  • Preferably with working experience in machinery, automation, or industrial project management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to travel for on-site project assignments when required.
